We are happy to announce that the CRM is now available on the teammate portal as well. 

Your team can now manage Accounts, Contacts, and Deals assigned to them from their portal. 

Ever since our new CRM went live, we were receiving a lot of requests to make it available on the teammate side too. We had to wait a while for this, and today we have made it available for your team. 

You can assign contacts, accounts, or deals to your team by adding them as Sales Agents. 

You can manage the permissions by going to Settings -> Roles & Permissions.

 Task Comments now support Mentions 🥳.

 You can now mention your teammates in task comments to get their attention. They will receive an instant notification about the comment. 

 This takes team collaboration a step further and makes project management in Agiled even smoother. 

 To mention someone in the comment, just type "@" and select the person from the list. 

 Please note that mentions only support teammates right now, we will add the support for clients soon.

 You and your team can now track time from anywhere on the web with 1 click.

 There goes the dependency to log in to your account any time you need to track your time.

 We were getting reports about a major UX problem by many users i-e while choosing clients to create invoices, projects etc., the drop-down list was only showing the First Name of the clients. 

 It was creating a real confusion when multiple clients had the same First Name. 

 Our team sorted this out on a priority basis 💪🏼. 

 Now the list shows First Name, Last Name, and Account name if any. 

 Here is the format [First Name] [Last Name] ( [Account Name] ) 

 Example: Bill Gates (Microsoft) 

 This has been updated in all the tables as well as lists to avoid any type of confusion and problems 😎.
