Classic File Manager is Going Away

Just wanted to let you know that the Classic/Old File Manager in Agiled will be retired on March 25th.


We've maintained access to both the Classic/Old and New File Managers to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.


Don't worry, your data will not be affected by this change.


If you're still using the Classic/Old File Manager, we encourage you to get acquainted with the New File Manager before the transition date.


This way, you won't miss a beat in managing your files.

Custom Translations are Live 🚀

Extremely thrilled to announce a game-changing update to Agiled that many of you have eagerly awaited since our launch: Custom Translations! 🌟

Starting today, you can personalize Agiled to your heart's content by translating all the key words to match your business's unique language and style.

This highly requested feature is now at your fingertips in the settings under Custom Translation.

Here's How to Get Started:

  • Enable Custom Translations: Dive into the settings and turn on this exciting new feature.
  • Personalize at Your Pace: You don’t need to rush! Translate at your own speed, save your progress, and return anytime to pick up where you left off. 
  • Reset to Default: You can always use the reset button to revert your translations back to the original settings.

Remember, this feature is still in beta, and your feedback is invaluable to us. If you encounter any hiccups, please let us know so we can enhance your experience.

Important to Note:

Your translation changes will be reflected across all portals: Admin, Teammate, and Client. Everyone gets to see the world in your words!

We can't wait for you to try out this feature and make Agiled truly your own. This update is all about empowering you to communicate in a way that resonates with your team and clients globally.

Classic Proposals are Going Away


It's time to bid farewell to our Classic Proposals. Yes, they are taking a bow and exiting stage left after March 31st.


What does this mean for you? It's time to take action:

  • Download your Classic Proposals for keeps,
  • Migrate them to the Docs feature for a modern touch.

You can access your Classic Proposals by going to Docs from the Left Menu and then clicking the Classic Proposals button on the top right. 

Please take out some time to transition your proposals before they become part of digital history.  Unfortunately there is no automated way of migrating your classic proposals to docs. You will have to rebuild them manually in the docs if you must migrate them. 

After March 31st, access will be a thing of the past.

Major Update to Email Notifications in Agiled

We're committed to ensuring that our communication with you is not only efficient but also respects your preferences and complies with the latest email standards set by big players like Google and Yahoo.

With this in mind, we're excited to announce a significant update to the email notifications sent from Agiled.


What’s New?

One-Click Unsubscribe: To give your users more control over the emails they receive from your account, we've introduced a one-click unsubscribe link in all emails, whether sent via Agiled's default SMTP or a custom SMTP. This feature is now part of emails to all users, including admins, teammates, and clients.

For Custom SMTP Users: If you're using a custom SMTP, we recommend configuring your SPF and DMARC records to improve email deliverability and security. This step ensures your Agiled emails are recognized as legitimate and reach your recipients' inboxes.


Why This Update?

Our goal is to enhance the reliability and integrity of our email communication. By adding unsubscribe links, we aim to prevent Agiled emails from landing in spam folders, ensuring they reach you and your team effectively. This change reflects our commitment to maintaining a healthy email sending system and respecting user preferences.


Please Note:

If someone chooses to unsubscribe, they will no longer receive any emails from your Agiled account or brand. This decision is in line with best practices for email communication, giving recipients full control over the messages they receive.
