Handling Duplicates while Importing Contacts

We have just made importing Contacts in Agiled even better 🤩

You can now choose to ignore duplicate emails/contacts while importing contacts to Agiled. Duplication is determined based on email. If two of your contacts have the same emails, they will be considered duplicates, and the latter one will be ignored. 

You can select the option “Ignore duplicates while importing?” on the Import Contacts page.

On the public invoice page, your invoice will be shown according to your chosen template instead of default design.

Alignment Option in Email Templates

We have just added one of the most demanded enhancements to our email templates section. 

I.e., Alignment Options in the Email. 

You can now align your email body left, center, or right as per your preference.

To change the alignment of your emails, you can 

  1. Go to Settings > Email Templates

  2. In the Customize Email Tab, scroll down to the bottom.

  3. Set your Alignment Preference. 

  4. Click Save

Tickets are now connected to Projects 🚀

Tickets are now connected to the projects.

We are working to make our Project Management more integrated than ever 🚀

We connected estimates, proposals, contracts, and workflows to projects in Agiled 2.0, and now we have also connected tickets. We are also going to connect forms to projects soon.

To connect a ticket to a project:

1. You can go to projects > preview a project > tickets tab > add a ticket
2. Or you can go to tickets > create/edit ticket and choose a project.

Your clients will also have the option to create a ticket in a project or select a project while creating a ticket if the "Tickets" module is ON for the Client Portal.

New Filters and Search Experience

Introducing New Search & Filter Experience

Older filter options were clunky and hard to use.

We have totally revamped the Search & Filter Experience in Agiled 2.0. It's more powerful, customizable, and easy to use. 

You can now filter the records using any columns of the table/list. You can also use conditional logic like

  • Contains
  • Less Than
  • Greater Than
  • Begin With
  • Equal To
  • Not Contains
  • End With

This makes filtering a lot more fun 😁

Please note that all filters use AND condition. We will soon add the option for you to choose between AND or OR.
