File Management in Agiled got a lot more easier 🥳

File management is one of the most used features of Agiled.

We know this feature's crucial and vital, as you have to share files with your team and clients almost daily. So we were constantly working to make file management better and easier.

Here are the few updates we have rolled out to File Management:

  1. CRM Files Connected to File Manager

  2. Project Files Connected to File Manager

  3. Quick Preview/Info option for File

  4. Context menu on Folders with options to delete, rename and manage permissions.

  5. Option to share Files publicly

  6. Overall Improved UI/UX

Can I share files uploaded in CRM > Contacts with my clients?

Yes, you can. Here is how you can do this:

  • For each of your contact, we create a folder in File Manager once you upload a file to the files tab of your contact.

  • Go to File > Contact Files

  • Look for a folder with your contact’s name

  • Right-click on it and click permissions.

  • Choose your client from the dropdown to assign/give access.

  • Your folder is shared with your client now. Your client can access the folder in Files Tab in the Client Portal.

You can share any folder with your team or clients by following the same steps.
